Cancellation Policy

We value your time and the time of our therapists. When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you.

Standard Policy

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice will incur no charge.
  • 12 to 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Less than 12 Hours Notice / No Shows: Cancellations made within 12 hours, or failure to be present at the booked location at the scheduled time, will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Therapist Arrival & Delays

If the client is late or not ready when the therapist arrives, the session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure the therapist is not late for their next client. The full service fee will apply. If the therapist is delayed due to traffic, the full session time will be honored or prorated at the client's preference.

Sickness & Emergencies

If you are feeling ill, please cancel your appointment. We waive cancellation fees for sudden illness to protect the health of our therapists. Please contact us directly in the event of an emergency.
